Secure your RMA25 accommodation
A limited number of rooms have been reserved on behalf of RMA25 attendees at Crown Perth. Accommodation is subject to availability and will be allocated when a booking is received. To secure the conference accommodation rates, bookings must be made online as part of the registration process.
The booking deadline is Thursday 18 September 2025.
Room rates are in Australian dollars (AUD).
Please notify your request for changes or cancellation directly to the conference organiser. Each accommodation venue has its own cancellation policy, ranging from a one night cancellation fee to 100% cancellation fee depending on the date of cancellation. Please ensure you understand the cancellation policy for the accommodation venue you are booking.
Upon booking accommodation, please indicate your estimated time of arrival. If you wish to check-in before the official check-in time, it is recommended that you book and pay for the room for the evening prior to your arrival. Failure to advise your arrival time if arriving after 18:00 may mean that your room will be released and you will be charged a no-show fee.
If you wish to extend your stay prior to or following the conference, please specify your requirements in the ‘additional nights required’ field during the accommodation booking process. Availability and rates will be checked with the accommodation venue before your reservation is fully confirmed.
Please note that a valid credit card is required at the time of booking to guarantee your room with the hotel. A wide range of credit cards are available for accommodation payment, based on your accommodation venue. Please ensure you are familiar with your hotel’s payment policy (outlined below).

Please note that payment for accommodation is not taken at the time of completing an online conference registration, however a credit card is required at the time of booking to secure your room with the hotel.
Please notify your requests for changes or cancellation by email directly to the conference organiser. For accommodation cancellations made within 30 days of arrival and for no shows, a cancellation fee for the full length of the stay will be charged to the applicable credit card.
