COVID-19 information

The RMA22 conference organisers have worked to provide event attendees with a safe and enjoyable experience that is COVID safe.

RMA22 is being hosted at the National Convention Centre Canberra, which has implemented a COVID Safe Plan for all events. All requirements by ACT Government or other relevant regulatory bodies are enforced.

Attendees are encouraged to observe social distancing rules and, while not mandated, are encouraged to wear masks. Hand sanitiser will be available at the reception desk and throughout the venue. The Conference has also secured additional sanitisers, wipes, masks and Rapid Antigen Tests (RAT).
Please seek assistance from the conference crew, who are clearly visible in their RMA uniforms, if you have any questions or concerns throughout the event.

Health and Safety

RMA conference organisers will consult with government, the conference venue and COVID-19 clinical advisors to ensure all regulations and health and safety measures are in place at RMA22. However, the risk of transmission of viral illness, including COVID-19, remains and this must be considered by all attendees for their own personal circumstances, including any health conditions or vulnerabilities you may have, or that of persons you will be in close contact with following attendance at RMA22. It is important to note, for a small number of people, COVID-19 has very serious health consequences. By attending RMA22, attendees acknowledge and accept these risks.
